Resets the cooldown for the user's last skill. The skill becomes available only after applicable skills are used, and it is not affected by any skill cooldown stats and effects. Does not reset cooldowns for the following skills: - Immortal Pride (Sword and Shield) - Devastating Smash (Greatsword) - Frost Smokescreen (Staff)- Judgment Lightning (Staff)- Strafing (Longbow)- Arrow Vortex (Longbow)- Death From Above (Spear) This skill can only be upgraded with a Precious Active Skill Growth Book: Omnipotence.
