Has a(n) 80% chance to apply 2 stacks of Weaken: Burning to all enemies within a 3m radius area from the target. Charging time increases damage by up to 120%. Stacks up to 5 times. Damage increases by 120% against monsters. Burning lasts for 12s, and deals 3.4% of Base Damage + 15 per stack. Stacks up to 10 times.
