The tornado deals 150% of Base Damage + 43 to enemies in range, and applies Gale for 6s, which causes Collision: Push with a 70% chance to float targets in the air for 2s. Can attack the enemy multiple times while in the area, but the Collision Effect does not stack. The tornado cannot climb steep hills.
