Deadly Marker

Shoots an arrow that has a(n) 90% chance to Mark the target for 9s. Attacking the Marked target increases the user's Magic, Melee, and Ranged Critical Hit Chance by 240, and Magic, Melee, and Ranged Hit Chance by 240 for the user and party members. Each Critical Hit decreases all skill cooldowns by 1% for the user and party members. Attacking Marked monsters decreases all skill cooldowns by 50%, stacking up to 100 times.
