What does the Wave of Annihilation node do?
Attacking a victim of the user's Provoking Roar or Cleaving Roar extends the remaining duration of the effects by 0.4s, deals 30% of Base Damage + 9 damage to all nearby targets within a 3m radius, regardless of their Provoking Roar or Cleaving Roar status, and decreases the user's Defense by 250.
